they can provide you same day marriage and then you can move for court marriage and obtain marriage certificate from court ... which shall be legal

Arya samaj mandir does not allow marriage without parents. If you want, you can effectuate marriage in Court. However, u will have to undergo 30 days waiting period.
Court marriage is done under the special marriage act.

For marriage you need to perform marriage according to the custom and there after getting certificate of marriage from temple you need to get Ur marriage from the sub registrar office all this procedure will take according to this around a month time . Do contact for getting it performed but u need to be 21 n Ur gf to be 18 yrs old

Sinice you are not 21 years old, you are inellegible to conduct a marriage.
Women can marry anyone once they are 18 and Men need to wait for 21 years of age for the same.

The legal age for boy in India is 21 years and for gal, it is 18.
You can not even apply for registering of marriage
