Sir Issue In DATE OF BIRTH Anamoly

I m filling for SIR but my and my sister dob is same in tc and 10 marksheet by mistake of my father and anamoly shows that age gap is not there between siblings...what to do

You can reply in 2 lines like this: If the same DOB was entered by mistake in both siblings' records, submit a self-declaration along with valid age proof explaining the clerical error. The anomaly can be clarified with supporting documents before the SIR authority.

you have to correct the DOB from NMC office birth and death department, you have to get hospital records such as birth summary to correct the birth certificate. please apply for the correction after getting these documents.
