Middle name exclusion query from Childs documents

My Full name contains "First Name", Middle Name as "kumar" and Last Name as "Singh"
In my Child's document age 3 years, I want in Fathers Name, name should have only First and Last Name i.e no middle name "Kumar"
Is it possible & legal, or did child may face any problem in future like in passport etc
