Married divorced woman, can they be given my initials on documents?

I got married a widow last month at Hyderabad. She has 2 childrens. Boy 9 years old and a girl 7 years old. Can I change both childrens and my wife's initial legally?
Yes you can change their initial by effecting it properly and legally. But as per law you are still a stepfather to those kids. I have handled cases like such cases. Just changing the initial will not put yourself in other shoes. For this you have other things to do.
