Legal heirship property issue dependent child

Hi Sir/Madam
Property in chennai omr
Proposed land has been purchased in the name of husband and wife.
Wife has died in 2003 legal heirship certificate states son aged 9 and husband.
Since 9 year child is minor owner has not go for court openion and without having court openion property has been sold.
He has raised power to different person and power agent has sold the property.
4-5 owner has been changed for the property.
What is right procedure to clear this legal issue.
