Changes of birth date in 10th marks card

I want to change my date of birth in all my school and college certificates . Actual I don’t have any birth certificate. At the time of school join my parents has gave wrong year of birth.
Can you please advice me how to make changes of birth year in 10th and 12th certificates
You have file a declaration suit before your jurisdictional court after you got a judgement and decree then you change your date of birth in all school records. If you need further advice please contact me.
