Women's rights if living separately after marriage

14-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I was married to this boy who lives in Lucknow last year in July. His family was against our relationship. After marriage we got engaged publically. Now, in May his parents are telling that we have already been married and therefore no marriage ceremony will take place. If I can to live with the boy I have to live with him outside the home and we both have to leave our families. The trick here is boy has totally changed his side and is telling he will not leave his family to live with me. We were living separately till now. When asked about marriage plans they gave this unexpected answer. I don't want to divorce him, he doesn't want to leave his family and live with me. Do I have any rights now?

Dear Client. .. as you both are living seperately of your own will and due to adverse circumstances you are facing hardship. You have to file an application for maintenance and also under domestic voilence for providing you shelter and other expenses. If you dont want to divorce your spouse the court after admitting the application for maintenance can also refer both parties to the mediation centere of an amicable settlement. Regards

Hello dear client, You people should take a proper stand for each other to support your spouse. Ask a mediator to make solve this problem if you want to live together. Other wise you have many more legal options with you.
