as ur question is concern it needs More information for divorce ur need to file case I'm court then only divorce is possible. withe help of a lawyer only.tht is only procedure.divorce can only be procured by the help of the court only.

1) You should first decide whether you are also looking for divorce and this can be settled mutually.
2) Your wife is not entitled to seek a divorce before a period of one year.
3) She will send you a legal notice at the termination of 1 year's marriage and seek divorce.
4) If she is already residing separately you should file an application seeking restitution of conjugal rights to ensure the Court orders her to return to her matrimonial house.
5) You will have to appear before Court and fight the case.
