Hello sir as for the question asked by you, you can file for one-sided divorce if she’s not ready to give you a divorce on the basis of the cruelty, which she has committed upon you having her and also having a child relationship or discussion on this issue, please feel free to connect with us Thank you

In India, an extra-marital affair, or adultery, is a valid ground for divorce under various matrimonial laws, including the Hindu Marriage Act, the Indian Divorce Act, the Parsi Marriage Act, and the Special Marriage Act. While adultery was once a criminal offense, it was decriminalized in 2018. Even though it's not a crime, adultery can still have significant legal consequences in divorce proceedings, including impacting alimony, child custody, and asset division.

You can file the divorce on the grounds of Adultery and cruelty in Family court. As far as child is concerned you cannot rebut that she is not ur biological child. Atmost ur wife can file false case of DV and 498A against you to threaten you . She doesn't have any right over th House.
