Q: Drink And Drive Challan On Gurgaon On 24 July 2026.. No Court Date Yet

I faced a drink and drive challan on 24-jul-2026 in Gurugram. As I am checking status on below link with challan number HR3880260724232339 it says yet to be consumed by virtual court https://echallan.parivahan.nic.in/challan . My license too is Active only in parivahan app. Shall I wait for a date or can go by myself in district court ggm to settle this ASAP. As I will not be in Delhi/ncr for next month or so.

drink and drive challan in India under Section 185 of the Motor Vehicles Act carries penalties of ₹10,000 fine and/or up to 6 months in jail for a first offense. For a second offense, the penalty increases to a ₹15,000 fine and/or up to 2 years in imprisonment. The legal blood alcohol limit is 30 mg per 100 ml of blood

Hello sir pareshan hone wali koi baat nahi hai . Aapko pehle wo notice dikhana hoga humen so that hum pata laga saken aapke pass court notice h ya koi demand/legal notice. Uske baad hi hum aapki kuch help kar payenge is matter mein.

पड़ोसी की रजिस्ट्री 14 मरले की है, लेकिन फर्द और इंतकाल में गलती से 16 मरले दर्ज हो गया है। उस 2 मरले का कब्जा हमारे पास है। हमारे बीच पहले से विवाद है, इसलिए बिना विपक्षी को शामिल किए केवल रजिस्ट्री के आधार पर फर्द और इंतकाल में रकबा दुरुस्ती (फर्द बदर) करवाने की कानूनी प्रक्रिया बताएं। क्या राजस्व अधिकारी केवल रजिस्ट्री देखकर यह सुधार कर सकता है?"

Q: Anulment Of Marriage - Ground Unsound Mind

I was married to a girl who was taking psycriatic drug at the time of marriage. They expressed this fact partially and gave us prescription of her treatment which was 1-2 year older from marriage date. But after marriage her behaviour issue and some other weired things came out and then we found that they suppressed few facts during marriage. Now it's almost 2 years of marriage, and her irrational behaviour we found more from last 1 year. So can we go for anulment of this marriage now as we are facing major behaviour and anger issue from her which becomes unmanageable, and I want to close this marriage.
