Q: My wife left me & my 5 years old daughter & now threatening

I married in 2019 my wife is from delhi, she never did job, educated but did all course like ba, ma, B.ED & Librarian course sitting home, she has aggressive nature & later on observed she has Narcissist personality disorder & she left my home in nov & now threatening of cases what cases she can put & what process she will start, she left me & my daughter with me, my daughter is 5.5 years old & autistic, if I share proofs of her abuse to me & my daughter will court still give custody to her

Your wife can file DV, maintenance and 498A case against you and in addition she can also file Guardian custody case against you. In meantime you can file the complaint to the police as a evidence stating all the cruelties of ur wife so that you can use it in the court. She can almost file 4 cases to harass you . As far your daughter is concern she is more than five year and you are the natural gaurdian of ur daughter. In the court you have to prove that you are the best to take care of ur daughter.

Q: Ancestral property land limitation query

There is a Hindu ancestral property in Haryana inherited by my maternal grandfather, who was the Karta. He has 2 sons and 2 daughters. In Dec 2022, he transferred the entire ancestral land to the sons without informing or obtaining consent of the daughters. The daughters came to know of this transfer only in Sept 2025 after obtaining certified revenue records. What is the limitation period to challenge such transfer, and will limitation run from the date of transfer or from the date of knowledge

There is limitations of 30 years to challenge the transfer . You still have a lot of time to challenge the transfer. You have to file a suit for partition and for declaring such transfer void . You also have to pay the court fees for filing the suit.

You have to appear before the court and thereafter you have to file the application for rejection of the suit or case .It depends on the nature of the case . If it is civil case then you can appear before the court and file an application and if it is criminal case then you have to produce your evidence before the court and face th trial.

I want to purchase a house in Gurgaon. I am going to pay for it. But I want to have it un my parents name so that they feel a sense of ownership also to make them secure that later even me or my wife do not throw them out. But the problem which even my parents have pointed out is that I have a elder brother. If I purchase property for my parents, then after my parents he too has a right into it. What to do? If you want to buy a property for ur parents. You can do so and there is no obstruction in that. As far ur problem concerned, ask ur parents to prepare a will stating that after their death you will become the absolute ownership ship of the property. ADD A CLAUSE IN THE WILL THAT THE PROPERTY IS PURCHASE BY THE SON THROUGH HIS MONEY AND HE WILL BE THE ABSOLUTE OWNER.

Q: My mother had an affair with a boy now his mother is threatening us.

My mother was having affair with a boy.. after some time he got married but he got divorce now his mother is calling and threatening that her son's divorce is caused by my mother and threatening to tell everyone and leak her private pictures.. She called yesterday that she is coming my house and tell everybody. You can go to the police station and file a complaint against them stating that they are threatening you on the strength of some videos and pictures. Then cannot do anything with you and ur mother as they don't have any relation with you . Just go to the police station and file a written complaint.
