Ask the court to ex parte her on next day if the notice is served properly as per the provisions of general clauses act. Then court can proceed exparte divorce. Ask your lawyer whether the notice has been properly served on her or not?

Not a single if neither she or nor her Advocate is attending hearing, don't ur Advocate request for ex parte proceeding if they are not appearing, it is delay on your part of they are not appearing, you can proceed further and request for their exparte proceeding

See This is a very common query of almost all the clients. It is mainly because of lack of legal knowledge that a common person possess. Also, the legal system and the court procedure is such that at times, it becomes difficult for a lawyer to explain the court’s procedures and progress of a case on every date of hearing. Coming back to your query, one can resolve your query or could give you a satisfactory response only after knowing what stage your case is proceeding with in the court. Without actually realising the stage of the case, no professional could give you appropriate advice or guidance.

The question here is whether she is not appearing in person and her counsel is representing her or nobody is appearing on her behalf. The other scenario could be that she is intentionally not accepting the summons, in that case it is advisable that you get the summons served through all means like speed post, dasti, e-mail, WhatsApp etc
