Q: Threat of false molestation case

I am getting threat of false molestation case by my sister as I demanded my money and scooty I gave her 3 years ago, she threatend to implicate in a false case if I keep asking for money, she has already done this in the past against a relative.

You can file a formal complaint before the concerned sp/ SHO of the police station of your area that about the matter and the threat she is giving you. Otherwise there will be serious consequences if she move a complaint of molestation against you. This formal complaint will help you in future in order to you to be found innocent.

Q: Consumer case against scooter compnay bu i do not own the scooter

I am using an e-scooter that was bought by my friend and registered with the RTO in his name.Since I am the one using the scooter, can I file a case against 2 wheeler company as a consumer?

It is better to file a suit or the case in the name of rhe actual owner otherwise you kust have sale purchase agreemnt with your friend in order to establish that you are the actual owner now. Or else your case will be dismissed.

Q: Full and Final Amount not settled

There was a company, Merapashu360 Pvt. Ltd.I was employed their for 2 and half year, I left the company on 21 june 2024, but my FnF is still not cleared. Also company was in financial cruntch so they didn't pay the full salary when I was employed there for many months, so FnF amount is huge. After my exit from the company, they pay me some amount after sometime (Monthly Payment of FnF) they stopping paying and now my 7 Lakh is there for payment. I want to get this money.Thanks for your help.

You can file a formal complaint before the labour inspector and get the notice issued to the company in this regard if they still adamant to their behavior then you can file the case before the labour commissioner in payment of wages act. First of clarify your position how much salary you get what was your position in the company so that i can guide accordingly about where to file complaint.

Q: Emi dues and cheque bounce in loan

Hello I have two loan account and emi dues and cheque bounce message I received on 10 December 2025, and cheque bounce because my mom account is blocked and my mom is guarantor in my loan account and he give cheque before loan issue and now legal team of loan company send me notice on WhatsApp and notice date is 30 august and 30 October 2025 and notice send me yesterday and now team said we has warrant against your mom,if u not paid three emi we will send police for arrest

This is not how things works. First of all they will send you notice legally then they got to issue bailable warrant against the person through court of law by proper channel or by filing the case if the magistrate satisfy in the matter then he will issue the non bailable warrant. Then the police official can visit your doorstep to tell either to appear in the matter in the next day otherwise we will put you before the magistrate.
