You can pay the fined amount to the challan window in you district. Or else wait till the challan go to court then you will be summoned yo court and pay the fine there. Court will charge you less amount than the challan window there you can also make requedt before judge.
Q: Wife not appearing in Court for my Adultery case filed against her
I had filed divorce case against my wife under Hindu Marriage Act Section 13 (1), (I-A) in August 2023, She didn't appeared on 2 dates as of now. Court has assigned 3rd date in April. Till how many dates it will take court to give decision on this matter if she doesn't appear on any hearing.

You can simply go to the court and pay the fine on the given date and time. Judge might ask you the reason for not paying the challan at the virtual court. You can explain the reason accordingly. Do not forget to take ID with you.
