First my wife told me that she want divorce after 8 months of marriage because we have many issue.I found sexting of my wife to some other guy, After found chatting give warning to stop this but I found that she meeting with someone in mall on next week, so I call her parents to bring back, whenever her mom came to take her my wife tried for suicide attempt. after that my parents give decision for divorce and she file false petition 125 against me that she don't want divorce but I want divorce and seeking 40000/month as maintance. I tried to talk with her but she is not responding my calls she have only one answer if my parents is not accepting her then she is not come back and she never done any mistakes in her life and blaming me for those sexting.i tried to call her on mobile but she not returned now she having affair but she is not feeling any gulty but she wants to harassing me and she file section 125 on me. I have screenshot of sexting of her.What I do for this?
if you don't want to give divorce file restitution of conjugal rights and it's help in future course of action to counter her and regarding 125crpc you have to contest case with necessary evidence and need to disprove her all allegations made in the petition, regarding texting things helps to defend case and approach any advocate with all documents and discuss the case.

please file objections to the said petition mentioning those facts and also file a divorce petition in the family court for divorce let the law decide, as you do not want to continue life with her better you proceed legally by filing objections to 125 petition and filing divorce petition.
