Wife done false FIR U/s 498A, 323, 307, 506, 457, 380

03-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I applied for Divorce. Hence in order to counter, my Wife(Adv. with 3 year exp.) done false FIR U/s 498A, 323, 307, 506, 457, 380. She has police GD entry before 2 days of my divorce petition but her FIR date is after 1 month. So, what is the effect of this GD entry and FIR on my divorce case? Also, as advised by my lawyer, I took stay order from High court on this FIR. High court also ordered to deposit 20,000 to give to her and direct the case into mediation center. I want to know what would happen if both the party not settle in mediation? and/or compromise in mediation?

it's better that your case has been referred to the mediation center as this means your stay is granted if you have filed the divorce case you can settle down in the mediation center itself by one time settlement with your wife negotiation in the high court mediation is better rather than litigation.rest can guide you by seeing your documents.
