File a divorce on the ground of adultery before the competent court and secure a decree of divorce against your wife. It is one way to get divorce without paying her anything. If she's living with her boyfriend then it's enough for you to file a divorce solely on this ground.

Hi,
you may initiate with a divorce proceeding before the Hon'ble Court and get divorce on merit and settle only if she agrees on your terms and conditions.

your problem will be solved and you don't have to pay compensation. Get proof of proximity of your wife by way of electronic evidence or collect evidence in other way. your wife, then, would be at receiving end. I can help you out.
Thanks

File a case under Section 13(1) (i) Hindu Marriage Act, wherein you claim the divorce on the grounds of adultery. If the same is proved, the Court may grant you the relief to not provide maintenance.
As such no criminal case can be filed but divorce can be taken. Also, if she files application for maintenance, you will have a ground that she committed adultery and therefore she is not entitled for maintenance.
