What to do if the wife is mentally harassing the husband daily

Hi, My marriage is just 8 months old. I am mentally harrsassed by my wife daily. Daily fights/quarrels are happening in my house. She threatens me that she will commit suicide if i go for seperation. She finds small topics to fight. She even told me that she never wanted to marry me it was forced by parents but now she is not ready to leave me due to society reputation. But she never stops fighting. She purposely shouts and cries so that neighbours can hear her voice. I am scare of false cases which she will put against me. I cant live with her anymore. Is it illegal if i leave the house and start living separately? Please help
You can start living separately before that lodge a complaint with police by the threats given by her. Secondly you need to wait till one year for filing for dissolution of marriage and lastly keep recording of her threats and when.she tells she did not wanted to marry you

You can file case against her for nullity of marriage or Judicial separation on above said grounds but you can't leave illegally without getting order from court, so you can file case and seek relief.

Its not illegal if you leave the house and start living separately. If there is no scope of reconciliation between you both, the best remedy available would be for you to go ahead and file a divorce petition .
