Q: B report of police rejected in district court for case u/s 498A

My wife filed a 498a and my 14 family members and after investigation police department have given B Final report saying that it's false case. Now my wife filed a protest petition against that report and rejected the B Final report submitted by police. please anyone help me to save my family from this case as all members are staying separately. what is b report ?

My husband denied to give divorce in mutal consent.. now the court has been given date for trial.. Can contested one turn to mutual if he agree to give divorce ?, how to convert contested divorce to mutual divorce ?

Yes if u both are ready to go for mutual consent the court will send both of you to mediation there will be 2-3 counseling if everything goes good then it will be converted into mutual consent. he should agree for the mutual consent divorce before the magistrate.

How to file domestic violence case. what's the procedure for domestic violence case. did any proof is necessary for DV case. can i get maintenance for my child immediately

First we need to know the details what had happened then only we can suggest what to do, if you can seek maintainance to your child if you can prove your version and also you can file DV case if you show primafacie, its better to meet dirctly in office so that we can discuss the same.

Hi .. my partner n I was thinking to marry . But he is already married but not registered. Her wife was too insecure n used to fight. Wife left him 2 years back with her child. She never let him to meet with his own kid.. he font even know where is she now.. she neither contact him for anything.. but might be she has a boyfriend but not married..Or might be dead please help with a solution how Is their marriage still valid? First you tell us how the marriage is performed is it the love marriage or arranged marriage, you are telling that it is not registered but were they staying together and for how many days and when she left seperation for how many days , its better to contact over phone or you can come to office.
