Respected sir / madam, please help me My case has come down to mutual consent.. And my husband family is asking me to hand over the jewels , mobile and thali that they have given during marriage .. Is this part of my stridhan, can I deprive giving it.. If so , how can I do that. This should not interrupt the mutual consent as this has come after a long wait..

Q: Legal validity of unregistered marriage of people living separately

Hi .. my partner n I was thinking to marry . But he is already married but not registered. Her wife was too insecure n used to fight. Wife left him 2 years back with her child. She never let him to meet with his own kid.. he font even know where is she now.. she neither contact him for anything.. but might be she has a boyfriend but not married..Or might be dead please help with a solution how Is their marriage still valid? First you tell us how the marriage is performed is it the love marriage or arranged marriage, you are telling that it is not registered but were they staying together and for how many days and when she left seperation for how many days , its better to contact over phone or you can come to office.

Q: What to do if the wife is mentally harassing the husband daily

Hi, My marriage is just 8 months old. I am mentally harrsassed by my wife daily. Daily fights/quarrels are happening in my house. She threatens me that she will commit suicide if i go for seperation. She finds small topics to fight. She even told me that she never wanted to marry me it was forced by parents but now she is not ready to leave me due to society reputation. But she never stops fighting. She purposely shouts and cries so that neighbours can hear her voice. I am scare of false cases which she will put against me. I cant live with her anymore. Is it illegal if i leave the house and start living separately? Please help

what exactly you want from her, you want to continue your marital relationship if turns good towards you, or you want to quit from her or you want to stay away from her , what exactly required then we can suggest you because in such cases we can not suggest directly without knowing the fact.

First we need to know the details what had happened then only we can suggest what to do, if you can seek maintainance to your child if you can prove your version and also you can file DV case if you show primafacie, its better to meet dirctly in office so that we can discuss the same.

Q: Emotional mental and physical harassment by husband.

I have completed 2yrs of marriage & from the beginning till now I dnt lead a happy life!from the very beginning my husband is asking for divorce.He is not serious or wanna take responsibility of being father.He kept on harassing me daily get drunk & pick up this topic & mentally harass me.once he had slapped me, spitted on my face, called me prostitute screaming so that next door neighbours could hear.He always grumbled about my family.He has lots of contacts & affair with other ladies.once I made a issues regarding his affair with my family & complaint his mother but his mother always supports him.she always poisoined him right from the beginning of the marriage now all this happened because of his mother in law.Now also I spoke his mother to discuss with his son like why he is asking for divorce or why he is saying he cnt give me any happiness or he cnt giv me baby?her answer was if you are not happy with my son you can divorce him.Now what should I do?

you can discuss with your husband directly rather than going to his mother, and now you better why exactly he require divorce from you , what is your opinion regarding divorce, if you want to continue with him then sought it out the issue , or if you don't want to continue then go for divorce.
