what is your suggestion regarding this divorce case

A couple separated by themselves. And both got remarried. Can they take divorce now on mutual concern. As the remarried spouse has to enter the details of divorce. please suggest.
they can apply for mutual consent divorce or can apply for nullification of marriage as per grounds stated in your query and there is no need to enter the other remarried spouse in the petition and there is no much clarity in your query as such

since both of them have separated and also got remarried to different persons without official divorce granted under law, in order to avoid future complications, both parties should obtain a mutual consent divorce atleast now and thereafter legalise their current new marriages

when the the spouse of both the sides have already married they have no problem then it is better to take mutual consent divorce so that they would further face any problems like how they are facing in order to fill their employment register

yes they can take divorce mutually they don't have to inform court that they are already living with someone else they just have to plea that they are willing to take mutual consent divorce the reason can pe anything that is justify in the court to satisfy the judge

Hello sir, don't mention any remarriage details anywhere because it's a criminal case and it is considered as void marriage. Immediately both of the parties should apply for metal consent divorce in respective jurisdiction. For mutual consent we can get divorce immediately if we go with strong valid points.
