What if someone denies the legal notice sent by him

11-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My husband sent me a legal notice related to matrimonial disputes making allegations on me properly drafted by a lawyer with its seal.. when I sent him reply through a legal notice denying his allegation… then he again sent me a new legal notice stating that he was not aware of any previous legal notice... nd was not sent by him neither signed by him.. I mean he is denying his previous legal notice.. What can I do in this case if he files a case on me in court.. will the previous legal notice sent by him will b considered valid or not? If the case goes in court can he deny there also that 1st legal notice was not by him?

If he goes to the court for divorce or for any other allegations then you can always show the court the legal notice that was delivered to you in which your husband is denying the notice. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

It seems some conspiracy !I would strongly recommend you to hire an advocate in this situation! If you husband has dined the facts still u need to get one police complaint drafted for the forged legal notice !
This will help u for any future litigations
