Want to file divorce case against husband and live separately

I was in a relationship with a guy since back 10 years and we got married 6 months back. My parents were against this marriage. So the marriage is conducted only with boy’s family. After marriage he started harrasing me and tried to get control over me. If i ever said to him to make me meet my parents he shouts at me, uses my cell phone and post anything socially on my behalf without even telling me, abuses me. Even on our first trip after marriage, he started drinking from the say itself and on asking why he is doing so, he said don’t interrupt me, you do whatever you want but dont dare to interrupt me. Whenever we fights, if u started crying he says how over dramatic you are. He used to abuse everyone in the family and if someone ever comes up for my help, he starts yelling at them and uses defamatory words for me.I want to get separated from him and Wants to end this relationship.
if your husband is not behaving properly after your marriage and harassing you day and night then what you can do step file domestic violence case against family and him various other remedies available in law like taking divorce , seeking maintenance
