I am a hindu .. can i remarry the same person whom i have divorced under mutual consent ?

Yes you can. There is no bar in remarrying the same person. You can opt for getting married as per rituals and customs or before registrar. You can get your marriage registered within one year as provided in the law.

Yes you may do so. Bit before that you have arrange the docs of your mutual divorce and have to registered marriage again with furnishing all docs. It's would be totally new process only wofe will be same.

Yes. There is no bar in marrying again with the same person to who you have divorced earlier. You can very well get remarried irrespective you are Hindu, under Hindu Marriage Act and can restart your married life.

After obtaining divorce, you are free to remarry with any girl . It has no concern whether the girl is same or different. So you can go ahead after consulting your local lawyer after preparing necessary documents in this regards. regards, Adv Malhotra

yes you can remarry with the same person whom u have divorced under mutual consent. for the validity of marriage you have to marry that person as per the hindu rights and rituals otherwise the marriage has no validity.
