Unresponsive for mutual divorce and money settlement

My husband and in law agreed for mutual but now they are not filing it with us. Not picking our calls and also not giving settlement amount. I dint wanted to file dowry case even though this is a harrassment and dowry case. What ways I can solve it?
You have to take some sort of legal action against them otherwise your situation was standstill and it will be continues forever so based on incidents discuss with may advocate and proceed accordingly.

Dear Madam,
If you are so smart then your husband never pay any alimony to you as it is human nature that if no force is applied you cannot get effective result. Atleast file or get issue a strong legal notice about dowry harassment and thus force your husband to come for mutual settlement by paying alimony amount as soon as possible.
