My sister's Matrimonial case is going on in family court meerut under section 13 h.m.a since 2017 which is filed by her husband .my sister is working as govt . Teacher in meerut now we to transfer the case as well as my sister job in g. Noida is it possible to transfer the case in greater Noida. Marriage took place in greater Noida in 2013. Sister wants to live with him .but he is not ready to take her back. How can we pressurized him or what else we can do that he can take her back to her Matrimonial home . Or is there any provision that she can get at least one room in her Matrimonial home. Right now she is living on rent which was taken by her husband n suddenly file the case in 2017
