Our case (Petitioner) is on defence evidence stage and accused has been given final chance to produce defence evidence and bring 35,000/- on next date of hearing (as Execution is filed for paying arrears of 3.50 lacs by accused. Now our judge has been transferred to some other court in Delhi , we are worried what will happen now because previous judge was aware of respondent's behaviour/ attitude, will this transfer affect our case in any ways ?
The transfer of judges is a frequent thing that happens and is required in the Indian judiciary. But it never affects the case as the previous judge is duty bound to write down each and every point about the conduct of both the parties in the order sheet for reference to the new judge.
