to transfer IPC 498a case from kasganj to farrukhabad district court

I m deepa sharma I filed a fir at kasganj district police station on in law,s under IPC 498a,506,323,504,342,3/4 , after filing chargesheet my case is in kasganj district court, I want to transfer my case from kasganj district court to farrukhabad district court. Is it possible and how, wt should I do

As you mentioned in your problem that you have filed a complaint under section 498 against your in-lawsHe has filed cases under domestic violence which you want to get transferred from Kasganj, so let me tell you that to get a case transferred from one district to another, you will have to apply in the concerned High Court. You can file a writ petition in Allahabad High Court. File your case and get it transferredI will go, there is no problem

yes it's possible on ground of threat to life. you can approach in high court allahabad and file transfer petition. high court surely make order for transfer the case as you want. also you can file another cases against your husband or relatives.
