it's depends on your facts and circumstances, you have to approach the advocate and brief everything and get complaint drafted and submit to your near police station for further action, further you also have other ways to approach court directly.

Hi, in the above subject matter, when did you married, year and date , if your marriage within 7 years, you can file complaint before your jurisdiction police station or Mahila PS. and you can file DV case against your family members. and also file maintenance case before family court further information please contact me. thank you

You need suggestions for police complaint or legal recourse? For police complaint approach your area police station, and get an FIR registered which will then be converted into a court case. You’d can also approach the court for domestic violence directly.

Dear Sir, If you were little aware you could get more and more data on the above subject on the internet itself. If the allegations are true then directly go to the nearest Police station and lodge complaint in writing. They will register your case under Section 498A of IPC and Section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
