To alter in interim maintenance order

In a running case of family court,the court has passed order of interim maintenance to wife under section 24, while the case will be pending to pass the order of maintenance under section 125 crpc
But it has passed 2 years for the case for decision and during this time, the salary of husband increased and inflation also. So wife wants to put application to increase her interim maintenance so kindly guide for the same.

You have to prove that you need more interim maintenance as your expenses are increased and need maintenance for maintaining youself.

yes in this case the salary of a husband increases then wife is entitled to get increased maintenance for her husband, wife has to file an application under section127 of crpc to the concerned court to get increased maintenance
