if u want separation with your husband u can file a divorce petition either one sided either mutual divorce, there are various ground for divorce like physical and mental harrasment, extra marrital affairs, not maintaining spouse etc

in such situations you have to resolve your problem mutually with your wife but if your wife don't give proper response towards your request than u can file case to get divorce from her, this kind of her attitude attracts to ground for divorce
