I received notice for summon, Criminal Case No. 209491/2024 (Section 138, NI Act) for dishonor of cheque (likely security cheque) and to appear before magistrate of 38th additional chief judicial magistrate, ahmedabad city court 35 on 31/5/25. can someone guide me on this or represent myself as i live in different city. I was unable to search this case online, if someone can share more details.

aap ko hajar ho kar plea hogi badme aapko samnewale ne kitne ka cheque dala hai vo malum hoga juje kahenge aapko samadhan karna hai ke nahi chif court juje kahenge aapka cheque amount kitne ka hai pele muje batai ae

In a running case of family court,the court has passed order of interim maintenance to wife under section 24, while the case will be pending to pass the order of maintenance under section 125 crpcBut it has passed 2 years for the case for decision and during this time, the salary of husband increased and inflation also. So wife wants to put application to increase her interim maintenance so kindly guide for the same.

district and sessions court ma domestrik arji case karna padega and usme uski kitny salary badhi hai vo dikhana padega and family court me bhi apne ko proof rakhna padega ke kitna salary badha hai partu uske liye aapko uska salary slip ya return dikhana padta hai

aap legal notice bheje eske bihaf me aapko 3 month ka time milega or aap job dundhke emi pay kar sakte hoyjeske aap pe kabhi case hua to notice bhi aap bata sakte hoy bank valo ko ke aapnne advocate kiya hai
