Prior to go for divorce, you can also opt for matrimonial counselling session in which the professional will guide you in taking such decision and how it will effect your life legally and practically. And you have tried for it then you can file for Mutual Consent divorce if your partner is too wants to give divorce.

yes u can file a divorced under section 13B of hindu marriage act with the mutual consent of your and your husband but if your husband is not ready to filed divorce and domestic violence also held in the house then you have the option to file domestic violence case if your husban denied to maintain you and your minor childrens then you will proceed with the maintainence case also and if aany kind of dowry demanded from you and domestic violence with you then you filed a compaint to the police with sufficient proofs but personally i recomended to solve your issues with matuarity and mutual consent and talk to your husband then u have decuded what step you take in the current circumstances.

it's better to part your ways and in order to seek divorce mutual consent of the couple is required that will be easier for both and terms and conditions have to be decided by both of you, like alimony amount, custody of children, visitation rights of either spouse etc.
