My friend lended 8lakhs to her boyfriend. Now he is refusing to give money back as there are no written messages stating he has taken the money. But there is a bank transaction for the same. What is best way to move forward she is also in huge debt after giving money to him. Also, he hid the fact that he was married and had two kids she by chance got to know that.
