CAN NEIGHBOURER CLAIM 3 FT FRONT ASKING HIS CLAIM WITH.NEW MEASUREMENT HE GOT DONE WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE.What should i do?

file a civil suit for permanent and mandatory injunction for removal of encroached area and for further restrainment from repeating the same. this is the only recourse available to you. first made application to concern police station and civic authorities

Q: MLM fraud with 7 day refund period is over

One of my known asked me to join an org stating we will do business of direct selling and B2B E-com and gave them 1L. I was not aware of their MLM and pyramid scheme. I asked them if it includes MLM but they said it is no. after I gave them money they asked me to sign an agreement I was not aware about the clause and they stated it is between the person who introduced me and that we have to do the direct selling. Refund period is gone and one of the clause is if I complain i have to pay 1L more.

file a complaint against all the concerns supporting with all documents of payments, whatsApp chats and other relevant evidences. first go to police and if you do not get any relief then move to the court of illaqa magistrate by way of a complaint case with interim application.

Q: I want to file for a divorce and get all my rights which I deserve now

Hey so I had love marriage in May 2021 and now we are heading for divorce. As I had love marriage my parents still didn't support and after divorce I will have no home or any support and in my marriage my husband has taken loans on my name which has now left me with debt alone . How can I overcome it as I myself did not earn much

yes you can file a divorce petition and get your all legal claims from the court of law but for all claims you will have to file separate cases. you can not get all reliefs in one case. like maintenance for yourself and your children,if any, permanent alimony and others

Q: Property transfer- Civil Death Case

A person Mr. Satbir got declared civil dead by the court in the year 2018. His property got transferred ( in the year 2018) to his sons ( Narender and Virender) and his spouse- Rajrani. We purchased the property from these three in 2022. Now we have mutation and sale deed in our name. Now Mr. Satbir appears and claiming that he is alive and his family members fraudulently declared him dead and got the property. What is the probability/outcomes/rules that court will allow us to keep the land.

first protect your possession through court and then file a criminal complaint against all four, including Satbir and also seek declaration to the effect that you are absolute and bonafide owner/purchaser. Also, stay on lines that this Satbir is not that Satbir.

Q: Agreement date expire 2 month pehle, but party not received.

Hamne ek property sale kari, 11 month ka pakka agreement banwaya tha. Party nai koi response nahi kara agreement expire ho gaya 2 month pehle.Ab party kah rahi hai ki, registry karwa do, property ki kimat 25 % increase ho gayi.Hamne 25 % extra maga to party nai kaha same agreement price par registry hogi.Ab wo hame court case ki damki de raha hai,jabki agreement 11 month ka tha, wo bhi 2 month pehle khatam ho gaya.Ab hum kya kar sakte hai.

every agreement remains in existence for 3 years. if you don't execute sale deed, other side can reach court but they will have to pay entire sale consideration in white payment, that would be hardship for them. so stay calm wait and watch
