Based on an advertisement in which fin minister,infosys Narayan murty n Wion English news channel recommending govt backed AI driven stock trading I registered and my account was opened in so called stock broker company where on the platform my ,buying selling of IPO shares ,MF was visible .On IPO allotments as subscription on different days I transferred around 24 L in accounts given by them .Now no response .I registered complaint on 1930 ,amouts have been frozen.How to claim frozen amt ?

In this scenario, a CRM petition can be filed before the Area Judicial Magistrate to release the amount put on hold by the National Cyber Crime Portal, Also you should file a written complaint in the Cyber Crime Police Station so that culprits can be arrested and intorrogated to the effect of recovery of the entire amount.

Q: Final Legal Notice for Recovery of ₹10,00,000/- Based on Written Agree

I had given ₹10,00,000/- to a relative under a signed written agreement promising repayment within 2 months. The deadline has passed but payment has not been made. I have proof of the written agreement but no cheque. I need a strong legal notice for immediate money recovery without filing a court case at this stage.

A legal notice can be served to the relative either to pay 10 lakhs along with interest and cost against legal notice, or else be ready to face proceedings before the civil and criminal court.If he fails to make payment even after service of legal notice, a criminal complaint can also be given to nearest police station.
