Solutions against abusive husband

My husband did domestic violence with me for his family 10 months ago for which i verbally informed the police at that time without filing formal complain. He ran away with my personal belongings like educational documents and car and other things and hasn't returned till date. I came with my parents that time. He says i have to come and take my things he will not return on his own. We have an 18 months daughter. I am not going back with him because he hasn't shown trustworthy behavior since then. And he also refuses to give expenses of even our child's vaccination leave aside any other expenses and responsibilities till i am with my parents. He and his family are liers and disturb me a lot with their false alligations on me to justify their bad behaviour. He blackmails me on the name of our child, my things, and divorce to make me come back to him. What should i do. Its been 10 months but nothing has been sorted.

And if you want to live with him then you have an option of RCR by which he will come to you...

. you have many options if your husband not give maintenance then you file maintenance suit in the court and
if all the person in ur laws family distruing you tha you should file a Domestic Violence case against him .

You can lodge an F.I.R. against your husband and his family members for domestic violence in your nearest police station...
And you have an option of filing divorce and maintenance for you and your daughter...

I have seen your query carefully and found that your husband and in-laws are abusive . you can send a legal notice to your husband and in-laws to return back your belongings and all other articles gifted to you at the time of marriage which is your stridhan. if they refuse to return then you can file a police complaint against your husband and in-laws for breach of trust which is punishable under Section 406 I.P.C. you can also file a petition under Section 498,323,504 and 506 Indian penal code read with Section 3/4 dowery prohibition act. you may also file a petition for domestic violence and maintenance for yourself and your daughter. if you need any further information or clarification then please contact me without any hesitation
