What are the key points for the parties if going for a silent divorce. Couple has been married for 24yrs and have an adult child. Wife non working.

hi aapki Jo condition Hai vah Maine Padh Li but kya aap yah bata sakte hain Ki Ab divorce Lena Kyon Chahte Hain Shaadi Ke itne Sal bad shaadi kahan hui hai aapke and silent bahut ka matlab kya ki aap one side Lena chahti hi hain yeah both party taiyar hai aapane Jo to bataya hai use hisab se to Kafi sari conditions a rahi hai

you can go in for mutual divorce it will take place for 6 months then the court will go through first motion and second motion all details like property maintenance child custody will be settled in the petition only

A simple way for parties can file a mutual divorce petition in the court and file an application for the waver of the cooling period. there you can get divorce easily. but one thing is important that all things are settled first before filing the partition.
