Q: Marriage between Indian citizen and foreign citizen
I want to get married to a foreign citizen in India, so that we can continue living in India. What is the best way to get married legally? Court marriage under Special Marriage Act, as part of which we make an application for registration, wait 30 days until solemnization, and acquire a marriage certificate once the period of solemnization is complete? Or, getting married through Arya Samaj customs, acquiring a marriage certificate, and then getting registered with the Marriage Registrar?

you can with that person under foreign Marriage Act so you can file 21 code and got married with that person foreign marrige act not vice special Marriage Act after this you can file marriage certificate in special marriage officer maybe it may be ADM aur special SDM kindly provide the detail Jo District name state and other detail
