Divorce and division of properties is not like fast food that one can get once it's ordered. You did not mention as to where you would like to file for divorce, US or India? You can file for divorce in the US, and when it comes to division of assets in the US and India, it is a bit tricky.

Madam, It will be helpful if your query is clear. as we could only view part of your query. Are you filing divorce in here in India? If you both agree to division of property, then there won't be any issues legally.

in India you cannot file divorce online. you have to approch the family court or subcourt in your distictas per your residential jurisdiction. After that married couple will be sent for mediation. where they can resolve thir problem with regard to property or bringing up of children or any matrimonial issue.
