My husband and I are planning to divorce. We've been living in the U.S. for the past 7 years. We're here legally—he has a work permit, and I don’t. We’re planning to file for divorce online (well, semi-online). in India you cannot file divorce online. you have to approch the family court or subcourt in your distictas per your residential jurisdiction. After that married couple will be sent for mediation. where they can resolve thir problem with regard to property or bringing up of children or any matrimonial issue.
