The building is still under construction for more that 7 yrs the building is not yet completed Even though the payment is done

your case is breach of agreement. you can issue a legal notice and then initiate a consumer case. you can get the building completed and also get compensation for your mental agony Also you have remedy through civil court.

Before initiating case, i want to clarify about the legalities and formalities. Hindu but intercaste marriage. Seperated from march 2022, husband initiated divorce, i opposed. you have already filed case for reunion. let the case continue. if your husband wants divorce he has to reopen his case. since you have a daughter you. can claim maintenance from your husband. what case you want to intitiate mam?? while you are interested in reunion.

yes you have all the legal rights. you are the owner of the property by virtue of partition deed and also having survey plan. you can stop your neighbour from disturbing by atfirst issuing legal notice

if exparte order or decree is passed you can very well file setaside petition within 30 days or evev later with a petition to codone the delay due to some health issues. you can. save your case and contest furthet.
