Q: Remarriage But registration case is on process , can a husband marry

The marriage have been dissolved by mubarata on 24 sep 2025 .. all the settlement have been maid .. monthly money for child is been provided.. everything is mutually decided and ended the marriage , on the other hand the marriage has been registered in court ... And its cancellation process is going on ... In this case can husband marry someone else? .. in short ... Does he can remarry??

Hi.The parents presence are preferred by some registrars but it is not mandatory always.You can take your friends and other well wishers as witness ,they should be adult and be able to testify.If you still feel difficulty you may get support of an advocate to guidevyou through the process.Thank you.

An adopted girl child in my family, is now over 18, and has become a reckless youth. Despite family's pleas she didn't finish college, and got a part time job, moved out and refused to give her current address. She has now come back pregnant and is refusing to give the child up for adoption, doesn't want to reveal the boyfriends name or address and is insisting that her adoptive parents, my uncle n aunt pay her monthly maintenance for her and her unborn child. laws on disowning adopted child?

Hello Generally the adoption cannot be cancelled and moreover she is a major now . she may have chosen to live life on her own terms that should be sorted out within the family as their own child with empathy and kindness.Hope your query is answered.

Hi..They would have submitted some documents already for passport. hence You must get a gazette publication for name change showing the relevant documents and reason for name change.With the said gazette publication you can change her name in all records.

Sir/MadamIf you had amicably tried within your institution and they are refusing to give back.Then you can issue a legal notice to your institution for return of original certificates. Assuch they can't do so.
