seperation from husband within 4 months of marriage

I married my husband 4 months ago after one year of our engagement in an arranged marriage setup.my husband's controlling nature, insecurity on his looks, his temper issues, and constantly him pulling me down for earning less then him has brought me to verge of separation.he keeps saying me to get out of his house (its a rented house in his name and he is paying the rent) i am planning to move out of house to a nearby pg as I cannot take his scolding anymore. will I be in legal trouble?
no you can move out or move back to your parents home if thier is any physical or mental toucher your facing you can move out of that place and file maintenance case or domestic violence case nd claim for maintenance amount as husband his duty to provide basic facilities.

No. you will not be in any legal trouble by just moving out. But in future he may claim that he is not the cause for that and put entire blame on you. So, you need evidence for leaving him. Once its you can meet me and discuss what all to do before leaving it would be better.

You are safe if you file Domestic Violence and complaint with Police and also file Divorce case with alimony. His intentions are known from the narration given by you and your marriage may not be continued if your husband not ready to change his attitude towards his wife.
