My husband didn't get the divorce from 1st wife and we got married. As our marriage is not legally Valid, how can I come out of this relationship. My aadhar and Passport has his name as husband.
yes the marriage is null and void, if your husband suppressed regarding first marriage and married you without any valid divorce you can get the declaration from the declaring the marriage null and void.
