Separated in 3 months of marriage since 1 year

I was married in Feb 2021, I had 2 affairs before marriage. My hubby knows about them. My last Bf after 1 week of marriage threaten my hubby and inform him that me & he both did court married (which is False), I kept demanding for divorce as I thought It will be difficult to manage after marriage responsibilities. I left matrimonial house aftr 3 months marriage stating I will file DV& Dowery case if he don't gave divorce, then aftr 1 mnth I felt mistake & tried to go back. my hubby denied to accept me and wants to proceed for mutual divorce, also he has recording of threatening with my bf and call details, Its being 11 months we are separatedNote: his family didn't demanded anything and contributed for my high power eye surgeryI do not want give him divorce, as his family is accepted me with everythingAlso do the call and voice recording can be considered as evidence??

yes voice recording considered as evidence in your case you can file dowry case against your husband and also file maintenance case against him. Domestic violence case is not lying upon him because you are already separated since last year .

I presume your husband has call recording of your husband and your boyfriend. Not between you and your husband. Yes call and voice recording are evidence, but it has to go through cross examination if it is placed before judge.
