divorce may be contesting or mutual. in mutual both of you need to file the case without against any allegations against each other. in contesting you can file the case with allegations along with supporting documents.

First of all you have file a divorce case in your jurisdiction where you last resided and then you issue notice to your partner for mutual divorce along with if necessary. After issuing the notice he has not ready for divorce or not replied then you file a contest divorce case against him. If you need more advice please contact my number.
