Seeking divorce from wife without her consent

My name is gaurav and i am Hindu by religion. I was married in 2015. I came to know about my wife's cruel behaviour after marriage which made my and my family survival difficult. When i decided to get divorced my wife and her family started threatening us saying they will file false FIR/ court case for domestic violence and dowry. My wife mostly live with her parents and whenever she comes to my house she physically hurts herself and blames me and my family. I have no physical relation with her since marriage. I want divorce from her at any cost. Please help me.

okay if there is no consent for divorce then you have to file for divorce on ground of cruelty and then court by following the due procedure will grant divorce but a caution is there that you may have to pay maintaince to her if she is not working.
