Rights of husband during marriage dissolution

Hello my wife has filed a marriage dissolution from the family court who ordered me to appear and pay the alimony money. Please advise my options and rights

Hello please appear before' the family court take the papers and documents filed by your wife and contest the matter otherwise you will be set exparte and court will pass order in your absence. Please consult family lawyer.

You need to appear before the Court and appoint an advocate to prosecute your litigation and contest the matter, otherwise, court will pass exparte orders again you. In which court it is pending Sir

We need to see on what grounds your wife has filed for dissolution.
Payment of alimony money is dependent on circumstances of the case.
if the wife has separated on her own and does not want to live with you then there is no alimony.
Alimony is payable only if allegations are proved. If the wife is working , then also there is no need to pay maintenance.
