Restore DV in case husband doesn't sign 2nd motion?

18-Apr-2025 (In Divorce Law)
My husband is not appearing to sign second motion. He is pressurising me to withdraw DV case to even consider 2 nd motion. He has delayed first motion for 3 months already. Can I restore DV in case he fails to sign second motion and appear in court?

You can get an mou signed preferably a court mediated one so that your rights are protected and that on failure of your husband to abide by the promises being made in lieu of the withdrawal you can initiate adequate action. He should not have any issue with it as if he honestly does as promised in the mou the dv case shall stand withdrawn

If there’s already a DV case pending in the court then you go ahead with that in case he still doesn’t want to consider signing 2nd motion or else you can challenge the MOU if there is any between you two which I consider is the best solution if you want his to seek divorce.

Hello. Yes you can restore your domestic violence petition. But the question is have you already withdrawn the petition? Also the question is that whether your husband is not ready to file second motion or is he just delaying it
