Hi Sir Meri ek job consultant se baat Hui for job in IT sector usne kaha 15000 pay kro mein interview schedule krwa dunga but usne kaha tha agar apko nhi Krna to refund ho jayega Mera koi interview schedule nhi hua usse pehle mene usse mana kr dia mujhe nhi Krna refund krdo he said ok ho jayega but it's been a month wo phone tk ni utha Raha what should I do police case krdu uspar ?

Hi , as per ecourts DV case next purpose is Misc. Case/purpose , I have not rexeived any court summon by India post just a pdf copy by OP lawyer on Whatsapp so should I attend next hearing or wait for court summon via India post ?

Hello My husband forcefully left me during pregnancy at my parental home . And my father in law disowned me later my husband filed are divorce case in tis Hazari court without my consent and permission it is a contested divorce since 2020 September. I have already appeared in the case and is going on I want to know whether the court can grant divorce without my consent as it is separation of 5 years I have tried to live . We have 5 years old son. Divorce filed on ground of caste issues n crulty

Hello. Yes contested divorce can be granted even if you do not give your consent. In case you do not want divorce then you will have to fight the case and prove his grounds wrong in the case. In case you succeed on merits then there will be no divorce.

I'm 48 yrs Hindu Delhi born, lived in USA for 17 years after getting married, my husband a cancer patient for 12 yrs wants divrorce is Hindu,has transferred money for yrs from US to parents. I've been living separetely for 3yrs with my 16yr daughter. I've not taken any alimony or nearly any moneyHe wants to take divorce, says I can't give nearly any alimoney and zero maintenance. I didn't got alimony after my divorce granted without my consult. Then I appeal in high court but it dismissed. I have my minor daughter who is 14 years and I also reappeal in supreme Court the case dismissed. So how will I get alimony now?
