Required Stay order on husband property law information . I have a fear that my husband maybe run away during the cases; as no one is available in his house whenever ASI goes there to deliver summons. Can i take stay order on his house? So that he can not run away during the case ? Do i need to put separate case for it ? or i should submit one application in the court that i have a doubt on him and that's why i want stay order on his house.Please suggest ............
hello client as a matter of fact yoy have described here yes it is possible to get the stay order from court but in this matter you have yo move to higher court as a matter of precaution from the high court . yes you have to file a seperate case in high court to get the saty on the house.

If the summons has failed to be delivered then you can always file to issue arrest warrant against your husband and then the it will be the duty of the police officials to get him to the court. As far as the property of your husband is concerned he will disclose it in income affidavit. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
