Legal rights of wife to live with husband if divorce case is pending

I am Hindu Women & married in Delhi 6 years back. My Husband left Matrimonial home & start living on rented house alone & left me & my 5 years old Son. My Husband has filed a case for divorce 6 months back. 3 Hearing have already taken place. What are my Legal rights to bring him back at the same home where i am.living along with my in laws.
If your Husband is not interested to live with you and other family members then the exercise to bring him back is worthless. Cooperate him to live separately peacefully. You can demand maintenance from him.
